CLRA-Contract Labour
Applicability : To every establishment in which 20 or more workmen are employed or were employed on any day of the preceding 12 months as contract labour.
To every contractor who employees or who employed on any day of the preceding 12 months 20 or more workmen.
Documents required for CLRA License Registration :
1. Contract Agreement between Principal Employer and the Contractor
2. KYCs of Applicant(s) i.e Direcors / Partners / Proprietor
3. Any Registration Certificate i.e,S&E / GST / Certificate of Incorporation
4. Copy of Form V
5. Principal employer certificate
6. Applicant Sign with Seal
7. Authorised persons details
8.Nature of the Business
9.Total No. of Employees working (Male Count, Female Count)
