Shop Establishment Registration

The Shop and Establishment Act is regulated by the department of labor and regulates trade and business. The establishment covered under the act must apply for registration,within 30 days from the date of commencement of establishment. The shop or the establishment submit the application of the registration to the local district labor officer.
